Purina takes water conservation seriously, not just in our factories, but also in our communities.
Outside of driving climate action, we’re also taking steps to conserve water. Water is not only an essential ingredient in many of our products, but also crucial to the cooking and cleaning processes in our factories.
We’re working hard to minimize water usage, especially in high-stress areas. We monitor all our systems for leaks to avoid waste and train our operators how to use the correct amount of water at the right temperature to minimize water usage.
We’re always looking for more and better ways to reduce our water consumption and to be good water stewards in the communities we serve.
