Missing pouches
We pack our boxes in two different ways: either mechanically or by hand. Occasionally technology lets us down, but there’s also good old-fashioned human error.
To help us work out where we went wrong, please share what flavour is missing and the batch code from the box. That information gets passed on to the Quality Assurance team who are dedicated to continually improving processes.
